Deer Jerky
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2/3 tsp. pepper
- 3/8-in. thick venison strips from 3 lb. roast
Directions:
- Combine seasonings, marinate venison strips overnight
- Lay strips on oven rack
- Dry 6-8 hours at 150 degrees
- Store in sealed plastic storage bags or containers
