Deer Jerky

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Accent
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 2/3 tsp. pepper
  • 3/8-in. thick venison strips from 3 lb. roast

Directions:

  • Combine seasonings, marinate venison strips overnight
  • Lay strips on oven rack
  • Dry 6-8 hours at 150 degrees
  • Store in sealed plastic storage bags or containers
