Deer Meat
Ingredients:
- 10 lbs. ground deer meat
- 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbls. peppercorns
- 10 tbls. meat tenderizer
- 2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 1/2 cup quik cooking oatmeal
- 3 tbls. mustard seed
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours
- Roll into 2 x 8 inch loaf pans
- Bake on broiler pan, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees
