French Fried Onion Rings
- 3 or 4 large onions
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
Slice onions and separate into rings. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Dip onion rings into
batter. Drip excess from rings and then drop into hot fat. Fry until golden brown.
