Ingredients:

1 lb. beef sirloin or chuck steak cut in thin strips
2 tbls. olive oil
2 tbls. flour
1 cloves chopped garlic
1 green pepper cut into thin strips(or frozen)
1 red pepper cut in thin strips(or frozen)
1 small chopped onion or 1 envelope onion soup mix
1 Large can of stewed tomatoes (or diced)
2 cups cooked white or brown rice

Directions:

1. Dredge beef in flour
2. In large skillet, brown beef in oil
3. Add garlic, peppers, onions
4. If using onion soup mix, add 1/2 cup water
5. Saute 10 minutes
6. Add tomatoes; simmer 20 minutes
7. Cook rice according to directions
8. Place cooked rice on serving platter; pour contents of skillet over rice
