Easy Tetrazzini Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 3/4 cups (6 oz.) wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.)condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups (about 8 oz.) chopped cooked chicken or 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- In a large skillet over high heat, stir together water, milk and butter.
- Heat to boiling
- Stir in uncooked noodles until thoroughly coated with liquid.
- Stir in peas
- Return to boiling; cover
- Reduce heat
- Simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until noodles are tender and
moist liquid is absorbed.
- Reduce heat to low
- Stir in soup, chichen and cheese
- Heat through, stirring occasionally
Start to Finish: 20 minutes
