Easy Tetrazzini Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 3/4 cups (6 oz.) wide egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.)condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups (about 8 oz.) chopped cooked chicken or 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over high heat, stir together water, milk and butter.
  2. Heat to boiling
  3. Stir in uncooked noodles until thoroughly coated with liquid.
  4. Stir in peas
  5. Return to boiling; cover
  6. Reduce heat
  7. Simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until noodles are tender and moist liquid is absorbed.
  8. Reduce heat to low
  9. Stir in soup, chichen and cheese
  10. Heat through, stirring occasionally

Start to Finish: 20 minutes
