Grandma's Rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 2 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbls. oil
- 4 tbls. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 7 cups flour
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together except for yeast mixture
- Add yeast mixture and mix
- Add flour and knead for ten minutes until dough is stretchy
- Dough will be sticky
- Put in greased bowl
- Cover and let rise until doubled in volume
- Pinch off pieces of dough and form into a ball (tucking ends under)
- Place on greased cookie sheet
- Let rise until double in volume
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
