Sugar-Free Log Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 pkgs. Archway Sugar-free Rocky Road Cookies
- 16 oz. heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. Splenda
Directions:
- Whip heavy cream, vanilla, sugar until it peaks
- Spread cream in between cookies
- Form log by putting filled cookies on their sides against each other
- Cover entire log with remaining cream
- Top with sugar-free chocolate shavings
- Refrigerate overnight
- Slice on an angle when ready to serve
- Using Archway Sugar-free Chocolate Chip Cookies are good too!
