Cranberry Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, ground
- 1 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 4 cups hot water
- 3/4 cups crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 cups seedless white grapes
Directions:
- Wash, drain, and grind cranberries(use blender or processor)
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water
- Pour into clear glass serving bowl(it looks pretty)
- Chill until slightly thickened
- Add cranberries, pineapples, sugar, nuts, and grapes; blend
- Chill until firm
