Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 6 Medium Granny Smith Apples
  • Blend the following flour mixture with fork
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick of margarine; melted

Directions:

  • Peel and core apples
  • Slice into ungreased 9 inch baking dish
  • Cover with flour mixture
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Pour melted margarine on top
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
  • Other fruits or berries may be substituted for apples
