Lemon-Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 pieces of chicken

Marinade:

  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken overnight (or all day)
  2. Cook chicken on grill, basting with marinade or broil or bake in oven, as you would normally do chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. Baste as desired

House Hold Hints

If you want to melt chocolate, grease the pan in which you are going to melt it.

Before you peel an onion, pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 3 minutes. Then place it in cold water for about a minute. Now you can prepare it without crying.
