Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 package chicken pieces
- 1 cup rice, uncooked salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package onion soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Combine soups, milk and rice in pan.
- Lay chicken pieces on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle top with the dry onion soup mix.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours.
