Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 package chicken pieces
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Combine soups, milk and rice in pan.
  4. Lay chicken pieces on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle top with the dry onion soup mix.
  7. Cover tightly with foil.
  8. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
