Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
  • 1 cup rice

Directions:

  1. Boil rice until done
  2. Add chicken, soup, lemon juice, butter, grated cheese, mayonnaise and chicken broth
  3. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
