Chicken Casserole Recipe #2

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth (optional)
  • 1 c. rice

Directions:

  1. Boil rice until done.
  2. Add chicken, soup, lemon juice, butter, grated cheese, mayonnaise and chicken broth
  3. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly
  4. Garnish if desired

Add That Special Touch to Your Food

Adding a garnish need not be complicated. There are those people out there that don't feel a plate is complete unless properly decorated or garnished. At least arrange the food on the plate if you don't want to garnish
