Swiss Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Swiss cheese slices
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. sherry or white wine
- bread crumbs or croutons
Directions:
- Place 4 chicken breasts (halved and boned, 8 fillets)
in mayonnaise coated casserole
- Cover with slices of Swiss cheese
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup
sherry or wine
- Pour over chicken and cheese
- Cover top with bread crumbs or croutons and dot
with butter
- Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour
