Swiss Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. sherry or white wine
  • bread crumbs or croutons

Directions:

  1. Place 4 chicken breasts (halved and boned, 8 fillets) in mayonnaise coated casserole
  2. Cover with slices of Swiss cheese
  3. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup sherry or wine
  4. Pour over chicken and cheese
  5. Cover top with bread crumbs or croutons and dot with butter
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour
