Baked Chinese Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbl. soy sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbl. vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup diced onion
- dash garlic powder
- dash salt
- 3 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except chicken.
- Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it.
- Let sit in refrigerator over night.
- Bake, baste every half hour.
- May add pineapple, peapods, almonds, or peaches 10 minutes before done.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 90 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
