Baked Chinese Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients:
  • 4 Tbl. soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbl. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash salt
  • 3 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken
    Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Place chicken in pan and pour sauce over it.
  3. Let sit in refrigerator over night.
  4. Bake, baste every half hour.
  5. May add pineapple, peapods, almonds, or peaches 10 minutes before done.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 90 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
