Hot Cheese Spread Recipe


  • 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3 oz. jar dried chopped beef
  • 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  1. Cream softened cream cheese with milk.
  2. Cut in chopped beef and green pepper.
  3. Fold in sour cream and put mixture into small casserole.
  4. Brown the nuts in butter.
  5. Put nuts on top of dip.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately on crackers.
