Hot Cheese Spread Recipe
- 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
- 3 oz. jar dried chopped beef
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- Cream softened cream cheese with milk.
- Cut in chopped beef and green pepper.
- Fold in sour cream and put mixture into small casserole.
- Brown the nuts in butter.
- Put nuts on top of dip.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately on crackers.
