Cheese Ball Recipe #2


  • 1/2 lb. spreadable Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry Chianti
  • garlic powder
  • dry mustard
  • pepper
  • parsley flakes
  • paprika
  1. Bring Cheese to Room Temperature.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread waxed paper heavily with paprika; roll cheese into ball. It will be soft.
  4. Cover with paprika.
  5. Wrap in waxed paper.
  6. Place ball in refrigerator until firm.
  7. Serve with crackers.
