- 1 (3 lb.) fryer or equivalent chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 can mushrooms (can use fresh)
- 12 oz. American cheese
- 5 oz. green noodles
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) bottle stuffed olives, chopped

- Cook chicken and chop.
- Cook noodles in chicken stock.
- Cook celery, onion and pepper in margarine.
- Add cheese to that warm mixture.
- Combine everything.
- Bake at 325 degrees until heated thoroughly.
Note: May be prepared ahead and frozen.
