Peanut Brittle Recipe
- 1 can (13 oz.) cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Bring Karo syrup and water to a boil.
- Add sugar
- Add peanuts
- Cook until brittle is a dark amber color
- Remove from heat
- Add baking soda
- Mix well
- Pour out onto a well greased cookie sheet
- Let cool
- Crack
