Ingredients:

1 large cabbage

1 large bag Egg Noodles

1 tin of Corned Beef

sugar

salt

pepper

1 tbl. butter

Directions:

1. Cut cabbage into small pieces

2. Saute cabbage in 2 tbl. water & 1 tbl. butter with lid on at low heat. Saute until cabbage is opaque but still crispy

3. Boil noodles until almost cooked.

4. Add salt, pepper, sugar & noodles to cabbage

stir

5. Add tin of corned beef to cabbage mixture.

6. Let simmer until corned beef is well heated and blended
