Corned Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can mushroom soup
  • 1 8 oz. package noodles (cooked in salt water and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Directions:

  • Saute onion in butter
  • Mix mushroom soup, onion and milk
  • In casserole, layer ingredients, beginning with noodles, corned beef, sprinkle of cheese
  • Pour a small amount of soup mixture over layers.
  • Repeat until ingredients have been used, ending with cheese

Cooking time: 30 minutes or 15 minutes in the Microwave

Temp: 350 degrees F.

Servings: 6
