Ingredients:
- 1 12 oz. can corned beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz. package noodles (cooked in salt water and drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
Directions:
- Saute onion in butter
- Mix mushroom soup, onion and milk
- In casserole, layer ingredients, beginning with noodles, corned beef, sprinkle of cheese
- Pour a small amount of soup mixture over layers.
- Repeat until ingredients have been used, ending with cheese
Cooking time: 30 minutes or 15 minutes in the Microwave
Temp: 350 degrees F.
Servings: 6
