Corned Beef Casserole Recipe #2

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. package noodles
  • 1 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 1 cup diced American cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:

  • Cook noodles in salt water until tender
  • Drain
  • Add corned beef, cheese soup, milk and onion
  • Stir gently
  • Pour into greased 2 quart casserole
  • Top with buttered bread crumbs

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Temp: 350 degrees F.

Servings: 8 to 10

Casserole Size: 2 quart
