Party Dip

Low Carb

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Using an electric mixer or rotary beater, gradually blend soup into cream cheese.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve as a dip with crackers or chips.

Makes about 2 1/3 cups of dip.
