Party Dip
Low Carb
Ingredients:
- 1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- dash hot pepper sauce
Directions:
- Using an electric mixer or rotary beater, gradually blend soup into cream
cheese.
- Beat until smooth.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
- Serve as a dip with crackers or chips.
Makes about 2 1/3 cups of dip.
