Clam Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion;chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic;chopped
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  • Saute onions, garlic in margarine
  • In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients including clam juice
  • Blend in sauteed onions, garlic
  • Transfer to baking or casserole dish
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Serve with crackers
