Clam Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small onion;chopped
- 3 cloves garlic;chopped
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Saute onions, garlic in margarine
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients including clam juice
- Blend in sauteed onions, garlic
- Transfer to baking or casserole dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve with crackers
