Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can refried beans(reg. or fat free)
  • 16oz. Sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 12oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings:
  • sliced black olives
  • lettuce, diced fresh tomatoes
  • diced jalapeno peppers!

Directions:

  • Blend beans, sour cream, taco seasoning in large bowl
  • Pour in 8-9 inch baking pan (glass preferred)
  • Top with cheddar cheese (and olives if desired)
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated through
  • If adding lettuce, tomatoes, and/or peppers, add before serving or as a side
  • Serve with nacho chips
