Pumpkin Pie Filling Recipe
- 1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ginger
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 c. milk (condensed can and fillout measurement with water)
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
