Pumpkin Pie Filling Recipe

  • 1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. milk (condensed can and fillout measurement with water)

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
