Bavarian Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 lb. pumpkin
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together except Cool Whip with mixer. Fold in Cool Whip, put into a baked pie shell and refrigerate.
